Mavi Marmara Association Supports Palestine: El Fecru’l Azim Dawn Prayer Gathering
Dozens of people came together at the Al Fajru'l Azim Morning Prayer to support Palestine!

Mavi Marmara Association organizes gatherings every Sunday morning of Ramadan at Süleymaniye Mosque to support the “El Fecru’l Azim Dawn Prayer” movement started by Muslims living in Palestine to protect Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The fourth of these gatherings took place this morning. After the dawn prayer, speeches were made on the Palestinian cause. The speakers of the program were Mavi Marmara Association President Beheşti İsmail Songür and IHH Board of Trustees Vice Chairman Hüseyin Oruç.
Songur praised the resistance of the Palestinian people against oppression and said that Turkey should do its duty on this issue. Oruç reminded that Jerusalem was the first direction of prayer for Muslims and stressed that protecting these lands was a form of worship.
At the end of the program, Palestinian flags were handed out to the participants and slogans were shouted together. The “El Fecru’l Azim Dawn Prayer” movement continues in many cities of Turkey. Mavi Marmara Association invites all Muslims who are sensitive to the Palestinian cause to join these gatherings and support the Palestinian people.
